About us

At Songwriters Academy of Sweden / Musikmakarna we are constantly working with gender equality through the concept “Together 4 Equality”. We feel that the move towards a more equal music business is going too slow. Therefore, Female Songwriters Day was initiated in 2020. This year will be the fourth iteration of the event. Today we have nearly 600 members spread around 50 countries in our global network. Together we’ll grow and make a change. Welcome to join us!
